Head to your player profile by clicking your avatar in the top right. You can then click the edit avatar link to update your avatar on the buzztime website.

Players are automatically kicked if they repeatedly fail to take their turn and the game has to auto move them or if they lose connection from the table for more than the allowed time.

You can renew your chips in your player profile or you can ask your host to top up your account.

Your rank is based on your monthly win rate, but with a fairness adjustment to prevent lucky streaks from dominating. We assume everyone starts with 100 hands at a 45% win rate, then add your actual monthly results. This means the more hands you play, the more your true skill shows through.
Example: If you've won 130 out of 200 hands this month:
- We calculate: (100 x 0.45 + 130) ÷ (100 + 200) = 58.3%
- This is your adjusted score used for ranking
The bottom line: Win more hands to rank higher, but you need consistent performance over many hands - not just a lucky few. The leaderboard resets monthly so everyone gets a fresh chance to compete!
